Start by folding the iD Slip in half lengthways and gently channel it by running your fingers underneath the back sheet. This activates the waterproof leg barriers.

Ensuring the wider part of the product is at the front, place the pad inside the underwear making sure the adhesive strip is securely fastened to the underwear
